Total Wellness Program

Making a lifestyle change is one of the hardest things you will ever do. You don't have to do it alone! Take your fitness journey to the next level by joining the Total Wellness Accountability Program. Receive real-time support, the latest fitness tips and science-based nutrition guidance, and a variety of fun wellness challenges  in a judgement-free environment. The group meets every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM via Zoom. 

You vs. You Summer Movement Challenge

This challenge encourages you to push YOUR limits, track YOUR progress, and celebrate YOUR personal victories along the way. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned CFXer, this is your chance to focus on self-improvement and healthy habits. Get moving, stay motivated, and make this summer your healthiest yet!
