Join the CFX crew as we closeout the year with another fitness party! Work up a sweat and shred tons of calories during this fun cardio workout. We welcome all ages and fitness levels. The event is FREE; however, donations are greatly appreciated. Light refreshments and CFX t-shirts will be available.
